Mandaluyong City Mayor Benhur Abalos filed charges of grave scandal against FHM Philippines and Zubiri but he later withdrew it after Zubiri and Jojo Gabinete, Zubiri’s manager, apologized. Because of the incident, Zubiri became widely-known.
